Please know that we would never charge our customers intentionally without their permission if they finish their purchase. Were very sorry to hear the customer had a negative experience! How do companies like this have so many FAKE reviews and support? There has to be some oversight to protect and crack down on these business practices. I will have to get a refund from my ******************* because of this scam.
Their phone number is busy their email sends you to their ***, and their *** send you to their email. This company is misleading and scamming people. Even if you do not receive the product, they will charge you 50% you can not cancel an order. The inability to get in contact with them is wrong. There is contradictions on this site all over the place. I immediately replied to the email saying to cancel this order, and I did not place the second order I replied that this was not my order I called and sent emails to their contact info and only got autoresponders that said that it is automatic and nothing can be cancelled and refer to the **** The *** says money back. I reversed out of order, then received an email that my order was completed, then another order was completed.
